The Prescott Regulators & Their Shady Ladies, Inc. (PRSL) are an award winning 501(c)(3) re-enactment group. We are privileged to be the “Official Old West Ambassadors of Prescott” and as such, for over 12 years have represented the City in parades, re-enactments and events around the State of Arizona. PRSL raises money for the Yavapai College Military Families Scholarship.
